Shipping policy
At Wreet, every order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched with care. All purchases made on www.wreet.in are subject to a shipment contract. Risk of loss for all products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to our authorised logistics partner.
Shipping Charges
Domestic: Wreet offers complimentary standard shipping across India, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
International:

A flat international shipping fee of INR 3,000/- is applicable on all overseas orders.

Complimentary international shipping is offered on orders with a total bill value exceeding INR 25,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible domestic orders.

Any applicable COD charges will be levied as per the delivery PIN code and communicated at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Each Wreet creation is crafted and prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

Made-to-order / standard pret styles: Estimated processing and delivery timeline of 30–40 business days.

Ready-to-Ship styles: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

International orders: Orders are typically dispatched within the stated processing timeline, and delivery usually takes approximately one (1) week from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations.
All timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the product, destination, and operational conditions.
Wreet shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, political unrest, strikes, regulatory requirements, customs procedures, or logistical constraints.
In the event of a delay exceeding two (2) weeks beyond the estimated delivery timeline, Wreet reserves the right to reach out to the customer to confirm continuation of the order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with detailed shipment information and tracking credentials for your convenience.
Delivery Terms

Deliveries are attempted during standard business hours of our logistics partners.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from business days.

Courier partners do not operate pick-ups or deliveries on public holidays.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including a valid street address and correct PIN/ZIP code.

Any additional costs, penalties, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event a shipment is returned as undeliverable, re-shipping charges will apply and must be settled prior to re-dispatch.

Customers are encouraged to verify the contents and quantity of the shipment at the time of delivery before acceptance.
International Shipping & Customs
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other statutory charges are not included in the order value and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
United States Shipping – Additional Tariff Charges
For shipments destined for the United States, an additional tariff equivalent to 50% of the shipment value may be levied in accordance with prevailing U.S. Government regulations.
This charge is payable by the customer at the time of import and is not included in the order total.
